Gotta Share the Musical
In my sixth art piece Improv Everywhere does Gotta Share! The Musical an ode to social media technology. They talk about every platform available to users to share website and apps such as youtube, twitter, facebook, vimeo, dig, tumblr, etc they all make an appearance in the song for improv everywhere. I personally feel that Improv Everywhere are a great group but that they are hiding what they are witch is a flash mob. I don't think most of there work has a message of any sort and is just used for shock value. Gotta Share is a prime example yes we are all obsessed with our daily media life but it in no way deserves to have a song written about it and sung to us as a group. I did like it and thought it was funny but not meaningful.
