Afterwords
for my 14th artist research I am using Hussein Chalayan's Afterwords dress as my inspiration. In this piece the dress serves well as a dress but also as a table. I can only imagine that the dress must A. be uncomfortably heavy and B. only used for sight. I can't anyone wearing this in day to day life. Although it is rather cool. To be a table it must be very hard to move your legs. While searching I couldn't find out what the dress was made of, made it is made of light weight material like plastic so it won't weigh so much. None the less it is a very innovative great looking dress.
